A perfect 5 star experience. All the dishes we ordered were amazing. The service was also fantastic. For appetizer, we had the butternut squash soup, kale salad, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. For main course we had the butternut squash ravioli and mushroom bolognese. For dessert, we had the red velvet cake. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans. They are also nut allergy friendly, and are accommodating and flexible with the items on the menu.
Delicious farm to table food in a comfortable and cozy environment. The menu changes regularly and always highlights diverse in-season and local ingredients in expected and creative ways. The food has great depth of flavor, is beautifully presented, and is served by friendly knowledgeable staff.
This was absolutely incredible. The starter (the hummus plate) was so delicious, and the highlight was the bread which was perfectly pillowy and warm and really complimented the fresh, crunchy vegetables. We ordered the harvest salad with grilled chicken, which was so amazing - as a salad lover, I was so impressed and enjoyed every single bite of the fresh veggies and herby chicken. For dessert, we got the warm double chocolate fudge brownie... absolutely no words. Warm, chocolatey and fudgy, with perfectly toasted marshmallows - it was heaven. And on top of all of that, the service was excellent, and our waitress was super attentive and sweet. Will be dreaming of this amazing place until next time!
A refined American eatery in the heart of Princeton. The menu is inventive and quite extensive with a large number of seafood dishes. Both take-out and dine-in experience were great. There are various seating arrangements throughout the space which makes the experience cosy and delightful
Pricey, but worth it. The food is consistently delicious(we get the short rib and chicken parm).. Always thought the service was good, seems to be even better now. It was a little warm inside, but overall a top notch dining experience. Editing to add: Another out of this world meal at Agricola. Went the day after Christmas and has the most delicious pomegranate glazed short ribs.
I had walked by the window a hundred times. Always wondered it was like. Having grown up in the area, I had probably even been there once before (when it was old-school P-ton Lahiere's). Note the sign still hangs on the side of the building. Finally, my husband and I decided to book a reservation for our 21st anniversary. The place inside was not at all what I was expecting. The farm to table vibe was there, but it wasn't hitting you in the face with pictures of sheep and haystacks on the walls. No, it was a modern feel, meets country chic, with a clean and modern edge. The staff immediately made us feel welcomed complete with a hand written little anniversary note. The drink menu was over a page long with plenty to choose from. My husband's drink came out smoking which was a memorable way to begin the dinner! The food was very good, with attentive service to match. The high top table options are a nice modern touch because it puts you at eye level with the servers. These tables are seemingly re-furbished old-school school desks with a little cubby pocket...perfect for storing your small purse or clutch! If I had to make any improvements (of which I am really stretching here) the bread was just a teeny bit on the borderline of being crostini. Just a little dried out. The galvanized steel wall that was to my left was a little chilling. It would benefit from a small 8x8 unframed prints of simple things...like a bee on a flower, or a songbird on a branch, a fox in the snow, or a butterfly perched on a coneflower. ( I am basically putting my own photography on the walls here, but just something to soften the wall a bit....) And lastly, the chair cushions were falling apart and were in need of some refurbishing. I can't wait to go back and try the other four items on the menu I couldn't decide on! And maybe even try some of the other Harvest restaurants too!!!!
Love coming here! The staff is always wonderful and so kind. The food is out of this world amazing. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. If you have a sweet tooth, you have to get the cinnamon roll at brunch to split with the table (or eat by yourself... No judgement!). Vegetarian and vegan friendly and they take allergies and diet needs very seriously.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth & hospitality from everyone on staff. Our waiter was so kind, caring, & personable. We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary, & he brought a delicious dessert which he prepared to honor our special occasion. Our dishes were so fresh, savory & creative. We look forward to frequenting your wonderful restaurant often. Thank you!
